  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
